Here's what we know as of 3/1/2012:
- Census estimates
that the 2010 Special EEO File will be released in Dec 2012
- The file wil be accessible via the
American Fact Finder tool on www.census.gov
- A number of new Census Occ codes have been added,
e.g., Web Developers - not yet finalized
- Occupation codes wil be 4 digits instead of 3
We expect to deliver a LaborForce 2010 product early in 2013, but we won't know for sure until we understand better
the capabilities of the online Census tool and whether or not it will meet the needs of Affirmative Action practitioners.
